What does it mean to be a DW Insider?
DW Insider is a monthly subscription service that provides Insiders with 2-3 pieces of exclusive Diana Warner jewelry a month. Insiders will also receive a discount card to enjoy 10% off any purchase of sale or full price items for in-store or online use as long as they are an insider. Not to mention, access to flash sales, Diana Warner exclusive interviews, fashion and style tips and much more! Insiders will also be provided with text to shop and styling support as well as access to VIP “Insider” experiences.

When will my first box ship?
All DW Insider orders will ship within 72 hours of ordering. The first boxes will be ready to ship as of Nov 1, 2017. Each month subscribers will receive a new box of DW Insider goodies, if orders are placed on or after the 20th of each month their order will roll over into the next months subscription.
When is the payment taken out of my account?
For a monthly subscription, payment is taken out for your account on the date you initially subscribe. Example, you signed up on Jan 1st. Your payment will be charge every 1st of the month.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes! We will email you your tracking number once available. This tracking number can be entered at usps.com for shipment information and status updates.
Can I return my DW Insider Box for a exchange?
We offer ONE swap a box on a yearly subscription. If for some reason you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of receiving your jewelry, send back the unworn items for a box swap. No questions or hassles! We want you to be happy!
How do I change my billing/delivery address?
To change your shipping and/or billing address please log into your account and update your information.
How do I change the answers to my Style Preferences?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the changes you’d like to make. And if their are specific styles that you are looking for please also be specific about that as well.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time; however your first shipment cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please log into your account and cancel your subscription. Otherwise, please email Customer service at email@example.com PRIOR to your payment being processed.
What should I do if a jewelry piece is missing or damaged?
If your jewelry has arrived damaged/missing please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the word damage or missing in the subject of your email, along with an image of the damaged item, as this will help to expedite your request.
